We provide several options based on your patients needs and price points.

Cast Framework is available in Vitallium 2000, Chromium Cobalt, Bego materials and Noblestar for Nickel sensitive patients. Each framework is inspected prior to try in appointments to ensure a proper fit on the model provided. Frameworks and acrylic have a one-year warranty based on normal use.

Flex partials are processed with injected thermo plastic material and require lingual retention for best results.

Acrylic partials (Flippers) are made of a heat cured processed acrylic or by pour method. These are ideal if other teeth will be added at a later date.

We can also provide all of your repair and re-line needs.

Laser welding is another service that we offer and, in most cases, can be completed in 1-2 days. Therefore eliminating an extended wait time for the patient.

We provide all services from custom trays, bite registrations, same day and two day relines & repairs to custom crafted highly esthetic finished dentures. We use high quality materials coupled with state of the art equipment to provide the best products for you and your patients.

We customize every case based on function, esthetics and individual characteristics to create the best smile possible. We have several options and price points to fit the needs of your patients or practice. We process our dentures with Dentsply Lucitone and Ivoclar-Ivobase injected acrylic in several shades. For patients with acrylic sensitivities we offer vinyl-based acrylic. Please refer to the materials category on our Products page for further information.

We create occlusal guards in several options based on your patients needs.

We have Erkopress and Erko Dent Vacuum formed products available in hard and hard over soft, ranging from

0.8mm - 4.0 mm. These are great for retainers, bleaching trays, flouride trays and for those day/night grinders.

Bitesplints are available in soft, hard and hard over soft. We use the poured method using Fricke and Astron Dental Clearsplint material. These can be customized to your preference. U of M, Cuspid Rise or NTI Ball clasps and custom bars are available for extra retention.

Sport guards are available in several solid or team colors, even tie-dye. These are a great application for your athletic patients to avoid dental trauma.

Other Ortho appliances we provide include: ortho study models, space maintainers, Hawley retainers, palletal expanders and Nance appliances.

The first step is to provide an impression or model. It is very important to inspect all impressions/models to make sure that you have captured all of the prescription asks. We understand that good impressions are often hard to achieve due to certain circumstances so please state the issues on the lab slip, as to avoid a request for new impressions/models. This will save valuable office time and helps to avoid inconveniencing the patient. The better the communication and information we have the better the end product will be.

Should you choose to use algenate material we ask that you pour your model within 15 minutes. This material is very accurate but also shrinks very quickly; the longer it sits the less accurate the model will be.
